Last Monday, September 3, the UP Manila College of Medicine has opened its doors to potential Medicine students from all over the archipelago. Do get a copy of the Application Form from Calderon Hall. Just ask the security guards where it is, and they will tell you the directions to get there.
Upon arrival at the Admissions Office, you will be given an information sheet and a requirements booklet. You will have to present the information sheet at the Office of the Registrar (Padre Faura Bldg.) and pay a fee of 1000 Php; it's outside the boundaries of PGH-UPM.
Upon payment, you will be provided a receipt. Photocopy this receipt, and submit it together with the information sheet you have with you to the Admissions Office (Calderon Hall). Keep the requirements booklet. The lady in the Admissions Office will then provide you some other documents and contracts.
Fill out the forms/sheets, contracts and submit it before December 14, 2012. Hope this simple note helps you, future Doctors of the Philippines!
