The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) stated Monday that initial registration of the recent Physician Licensure Exam passers will be held at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building.
Here are the schedules:
September 4 (Tuesday):
ABAD, TIMOTHY JOSEPH GALIMBA - CRUZ, SHAULA EVANGELISTA
September 5 (Wednesday):
CU, RICKA VALENTINE RUEDA - LEGARDA, JOSE EDUARDO DE LA ROSA
September 6 (Thursday)
LEJOS, MANILYN BERBA - REA, JAY-ANN CUNANAN
September 7 (Friday)
REBUGIO, JAARMY FLOR - ZUÑIGA, CHARISSE REYES
Bring the following requirements:
- Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
- one piece 1 x 1 picture with name tag in white background
- one piece documentary stamp
- one short brown envelope with name and profession
The PRC said Manila registrants must strictly observe/adhere to the schedule.
Passers from Cebu and Davao are advised to proceed to respective PRC regional offices from September 4-7, 2012 for initial registration.
