Reaction to MWSS site hacking by Anonymous Philippines

We are fighting for the truth and free speech. People should not fear the government. The government should fear their people. Anonymous is not a group. Anonymous is not an organization. Anonymous is an idea. And ideas are bulletproof.
We are anonymous, we are legion, we do not forgive, we do not forget, United as one, divided by none, the corrupt fear us, the honest support us, the heroic joins us, Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, it’s too late to expect us!

These were the lines that point out Anonymous Philippines's character. A group of intellectuals or techie Filipinos, as they may seem, they comprise a large rising vibrant and vigilant team that would come to suppress any wrongdoing done to the Filipino masses - in this case, Filipino water consumers who pay water bills in excessive amounts.

It can be recalled that water bills rose more than 1700 percent in the last decade. Surprising right? That's what makes me believe in the power and calling of this group. Their reach is indefinite, limitless and unbound.

Do right things; stop selfish corporate acts. Think about your fellow countrymen.

May the Anonymous Philippines be able to monitor and desist other wrongdoers as well, especially those who trick and use people, and those who keep on stealing from the coffers of the taxpayers.

I strongly support Anonymous Philippines's fight for truth and free speech. And they are indeed right; the government should fear their people.

Keep it up Anonymous Philippines - Watchers and Protectors of the Filipino people. Who's next? A good target could be the Bureau of Customs or the Bureau of Internal Revenue, where temptation sometimes irresistible.

If you'd plan to give warnings first to give these goons a chance to make up, prepare, apologize or act, Spotlight Philippines will be honored to post it here. Email us at spotlightphilippines(at)yahoo(dot)com(dot)ph.
