FINANCE: The 25 most expensive colleges and universities in PH

When people hear of school names Ateneo and La Salle, one word comes to mind: expensive. Definitely they are, but they're not the most expensive as most of us presume them to be. So what are the country's most expensive colleges and universities?

Online directory FindUniversity.ph has gathered information via telephone inquires and enlisted the most expensive in the country for the academic year 2015-2016.

Topping the list of the most expensive colleges and universities in the Philippines is Centre for International Education British School in Cebu with a tuition fee of P330,000-420,000 every year. It offers courses on business, information technology, entrepreneurship, and tourism.

The second most expensive college is Enderun College in Taguig City with a yearly tuition fee of P360,000,, which offers degrees in tourism, hospitality, culinary arts, business, technology, and entrepreneurship.

UAAP school De La Salle University-Manila (DLSU-Manila) lands third with a P210,000-225,000 yearly tuition fee. Ateneo de Manila University also makes it to the 10 most expensive schools in the country.

The list below (as previously featured on GMA News) tabulates the top 25 most expensive colleges and higher education institutions (universities) in the Phiilippines.

Editor's Note: It's evident that even the most expensive schools thrive (profit) in the Philippines, probably because quality education does not just equate to UP, ADMU, DLSU, or UST, or probably because the big four names may have failed in what the top expensive schools might have succeeded, or probably because it's their own money and they have the right to place whatever money they have in whatever defines a good investment whatever way they want it to be, or probably because enrollment in these schools is worth every penny worked hard for.
