Circulating online is a footage (video) of what may seem to be unidentified flying objects hovering in the skies of Pampanga. The people who took the video were traveling via SCTEX Tarlax and via the Lubao-Pampanga Diversion Road. Are they really UFOs or just flares produced during military exercises?
