The UP College of Music (UPCM) celebrates its 96th foundation anniversary this week with the theme "Still Making Noise at 96!".
Booths, monitored by the UPCM Student Council, will be open until 5PM today only. Out on site are handcrafted musical instruments, Likha ni Nanay crochet products (Tacloban City), "Memories on Two Strings" CDs signed by Diwa de Leon, among others.
