The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in partnership with Coca-Cola, will implement a national program that will empower women financially, a Yahoo article stated.
Named as Sari-Sari Store Training and Access to Progress (S3TAR), the TESDA-Coke program will target around 100,000 women all over the Philippines to undergo training until 2020. This program will be implemented in several cities and provinces including Bacolod, Bulacan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Misamis Oriental, NCR, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Puerto Princesa City, Tarlac City, among others.

3STAR will be divided into three parts in helping women to achieve sustainable income generation which are business and life skills training, access to finance and financial services, and access to product and merchandising support.
As a whole, this program will enable women to become great entrepreneurs in life.
