MUST KNOW: Rights of every air passenger

Remember the holiday chaos that took place inside NAIA Terminal 3 at the Cebu Pacific hub last December 25? 

Some flights have been delayed/cancelled. Passengers were lining up long queues with just a few people manning the area. Some weren't able to board the plane and arrive at their destinations on time. Some weren't even able to celebrate Christmas with their families, just because of lack of manpower or possible, human errors. To be honest, Cebu Pacific did violate some of your rights as flight passengers. And you didn't know that you have these rights?

It is, therefore, important for every Filipino (yes, us Pinoys) to know what rights we have as air passengers. Ano ba ang mga karapatan natin bilang pasahero ng Cebu Pacific, ZestAir, AirAsia, PAL, Air Philippines, Tiger Air, o ano pa?
