STAND UP CAL continues reign in its home base, after new party Kasama Ka sa Paglikha ng Arte at Literatura Para sa Bayan (KALikha ) challenged the party. Newcomer KALikha, an affiliate of ALYANSA, wins three (3) Department Representative seats.
