Nursing Licensure Exam (NLE) Update: More than 50,000 takers this December 2012

The Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing has announced that 50,183 nurses are set to take the Nursing Licensure Examination, also known as the Nursing Licensure Exam or Nurse Board Exam, which will take place on December 16-17, 2012.

Testing centers of the NLE include the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cabanatuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Everyone is advised to bring the following on exam day:

1. Notice of Admission
2. at least two (2) No. 2 pencils
3. BLACK  ballpens
4. one (1) piece metered-stamp window envelope
5. one (1) piece long brown envelope
6. one (1) piece long transparent (non-colored) plastic envelope

Nurse Licensure Examination Results

Approximately 34% or 22,760 out of 67,095 nursing students passed the December 2011 Nurse Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) revealed Thursday.

The examinations were given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, La Union, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last December, the PRC said.
