20 summa cum laudes in UP Diliman 2014 graduation day

Twenty (20) summa cum laude graduates, yes you're hearing that right, will be leading the 103rd general commencement exercises of  UP Diliman this Sunday.

First in the roster of top graduates is Ralph John Ugalino, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a GWA of 1.067.
