MANILA, Philippines - Commissioner Gregorio Larrazabal spoke that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is preparing for the incoming 2013 polls.
In a press briefing today, he said that the polls come 2013 "will be automated, but the technology that will be used is still uncertain."
"What happens now is we'd like to get things rolling even if we are not here anymore," he added.
