Reaching second top spot is Darylle Dacillo from Bicol University-Legazpi with a rating of 94.35 percent. Included in the top three (3) passers of the September 2012 Mechanical Engineer Board Exam is Southern Luzon State University-Lucban's Dawil Ona who got 93.95 percent.
