Biritera KZ Tandingan from Digos City was declared the first winner of ABS-CBN's singing competition X Factor Philippines Sunday (October 7) night at the Pagcor Theater. Garnering 54.77% of total votes, she bested Gabriel Maturan and Daddy's Home during the show's finale.
Being the first X Factor Philippines winner, Tandingan bagged a prize package worth P4 million, including an exclusive recording contract with Star Music. Maturan (32.33%) took home P100,000. Third-placer Daddy’s Home (12.90%) received P50,000.
The judge-mentors of the X Factor Philippines were Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Pilita Corrales, and Charice Pempengco.
