For all those NMAT takers who are about to proceed with their dream of becoming a doctor, it's already a given that in applying for admission, one has to have back-up plans (plan B, plan C or even plans D-F) in preference of med school.
Thus, comes the need to have certified (machined) copies of your NMAT result. To obtain extra copies of your NMAT results, follow these easy steps to get certified true copies of your NMAT result.
Step 1: Determine number of needed copies of NMAT results.
Take note of the number of copies of NMAT results which you want to get from the Center for Educational Measurement, Inc (CEM).
Step 2: Deposit payment.
If you prefer to pick the copies up at the CEM office, you can directly pay to their cashier's office or through BPI, an amount of 50 pesos for each copy. If you want it to be mailed at your home address, payment of 80 Php for shipping fee.
Deposit the payment through their BPI account number, 1885-1133-34. The account name is Center for Educational Measurement, Inc.
Step 3: Submit a request letter.
If you paid through BPI, send a letter of request address to Mr. Jesus Sevilla Jr, OIC Special Project of CEM. Take a photo of your deposit slip (OR) and attach it to the letter (email). Send these to their email address, nmat@cem-inc.org.ph.
You may also opt to send a hard copy of your letter of request and deposit slip via fax, 02-8945536. Take note that steps 2 and 3 are interchangeable.
Step 4: Wait for acknowledgment response.
Wait for their response acknowledging receipt of deposit slip.
Step 5: Claim NMAT result copies.
Claim the certified copies of your NMAT results at the CEM Head Office from Monday to Friday, 8:30-11:30 AM and 1:00-4:30 PM. CEM's office is located at the 24th floor Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower, 2210 Chino Roces Ave., Makati City.
Step 6: Proceed to CEM office by public transportation.
Just take the MRT, and drop off at Magallanes Station (at the Alphaland Southgate Mall). Exit the mall and look for a jeepney with the signage PRC. Ride in, and ask the driver to drop you at Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower. Landmark near it is Don Bosco-Makati.
Note: Don't forget to bring 2 IDs. The first ID is for swapping with a visitor's ID inside the building. The second ID will be showed to the guard on the 24th floor; he will hand out your ID to the CEM staff.
