3,168 out of 6,584 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Exam, also known as the Civil Engineer Board Exam, which was held in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi this November 2013.

3. Technological University of the Philippines-Manila (TUP Manila) with an 83.87 % passing percentage.
