Check out whose picture is circulating over the web. It's the photo of Vice President Binay taking a picture of a Malaysian Lady Scout leader posing with two Filipino Scouts.
The country's leader was reportedly mistaken as an "ordinary man" and was asked to take a picture.
In his official working visit to Malaysia, Binay met with members of the Scouts Association of Malaysia, as the national president of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), at the same time, as chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee of the World Organization of Scout Movement, the umbrella organization of all scout organizations worldwide.

But in one instance, the lady Malaysian scout leader mistook Binay for an ordinary man and asked him to take a picture with two "more good-looking Filipinos."
Binay without hesitation took the photo for the lady who was all smiles as she posed for photo-taking with the men..
The photo, which was uploaded yesterday by Scouts Philippines on Facebook, reveals the Vice President's humility and character.
