MMDA Traffic Enforcers dance Oppa Gangnam Style
Traffic enforcers of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) were caught on video again, not being a victim of an arrogant person's assault, but this time dancing to the tune of PSY's ultimately wild, flaming hot pop song Oppa Gangnam Style.
The video footage of MMDA traffic enforcers doing the Gangnam moves was a performance intended to add entertainment side to a merit badges-awarding ceremony held at the government agency's main office in Guadalupe, Makati City.
